"Decent online order, but could’ve been smoother"
I ordered through modpizza.com, and overall it was okay. I have a high standard for online ordering because I expect it to be quick and easy, and the site was a little slower than I’d like. My toppings saved without any issues, but checkout took me a couple tries, which was kind of annoying. The food was ready close to the estimated time, so that part was fine. One of the pizzas was a bit messy, though. Not a bad experience, just not great either. I’d probably use it again if I was in a rush.

"Felt safe eating here"
I’m not always sure what to expect with food safety stuff, but the staff changed gloves and checked the toppings without making a big deal out of it. It felt normal and comfortable, and I felt safe eating there.

"Good Options, Annoying App"
They’ve got a ton of toppings to choose from, which I appreciate, but the app drives me a little crazy. I order basically the same thing most of the time, so why can’t it just remember my usual properly? It feels like I have to rebuild everything from scratch every time, which gets old fast

"I ordered from modpizza and my pizza…"
I ordered from modpizza and my pizza was ready faster than i thought it would be. Pickup was super easy and the staff kept the line moving, which I appreciated. The only small thing was the toppings looked like they were thrown on a little rushed, but it still tasted good, so not a big deal.

"Good Pizza, But the Place Felt a Bit Messy"
I stopped by MOD Pizza for lunch, and the food was totally fine—no complaints there. The staff were really nice, and the line moved quickly, which I appreciated. The only thing was the restaurant itself felt kind of messy. Some tables had crumbs, the floor definitely needed a quick sweep, and the drink area was sticky. It wasn’t super gross or anything, but it didn’t feel as clean as it should. I’d probably still go back, but I really hope they stay on top of the cleaning a little better...

"Easy for quick pizza orders"
I use the MOD Pizza app a lot, especially when my sister and I want to grab a quick lunch. It’s really easy to use, I can choose my pizza, swap toppings, and see the total without having to dig through a bunch of screens. Checkout is quick, and I like that my past orders are right there when I’m too lazy to build everything again. The app hasn’t frozen on me or caused any issues. The only little thing is the pickup time can shift a bit sometimes, but it’s never been a huge problem. Overall, it’s convenient.

"Great value and super filling"
Got way more food than I expected for the price, and I left totally full and happy. the only issue was me eating past the point of comfort, which was completely preventable.

"Finally, pizza that shows up right"
I don’t have the patience for cold pizza or a soggy box, so I was glad this one actually stayed warm and the box wasn’t a mess. Simple thing, but it makes a difference.

"I like using it overall, but the points…"
I like using it overall, but the points do take longer than I expected sometimes. I get that these things probably need time to process and maybe there are checks behind the scenes, so I’m not trying to be unfair, but it can still be a little frustrating when you’re waiting and nothing updates right away.

"Good toppings, but I’d appreciate a little make-good"
I usually like MOD Pizza because the topping options are great. You can load up on veggies, meats, and sauces without feeling boxed in, which is nice when everyone wants something different. That said, my pizza has come out messy a few times, even though it still tasted good. I’d definitely keep going, but if the order isn’t put together well, I’d expect them to offer some kind of compensation or at least make it right.

Got my MOD order today it was perfect. Everything was made exactly how I picked it, down to every topping. No missing stuff, no random mixups, no little surprises ruining my day. I was way happier about it than I probably should’ve been.

Store had good chill vibe when I stopped by, and staff seemed relaxed too. It was kinda loud in there at the time, but still felt like nice place to sit down, eat, and hang out for a bit...

"Nice options, but could use more sauces"
I really like that MOD has vegan cheese and a gluten-friendly crust, since it makes it easy for me to build something I can actually eat. There’s something about it that just feels more flexible than a lot of other pizza places. I do wish they had a few more sauce choices, though.

"Friendly Service Even During the Rush"
I stopped in during the lunch rush, and even though it was busy, the team was still really friendly. My order got mixed up a little, but they fixed it quickly and didn’t make it feel like a big deal. Not perfect, but the way they handled it made a good impression.

"Really tasty pizza"
I really enjoyed this pizza. The crust had a nice chewy bite, the sauce was flavorful, and the cheese was perfectly melty. The toppings tasted fresh too. I think most customers would be happy with this one
